›How does it feel on skin?
Lightweight and smooth with a gentle, lasting coolness. It absorbs quickly and leaves a soft finish—no stickiness, no residue.
›Is the cooling sensation intense?
No. We use menthyl lactate for a gentle cool; it’s calmer than menthol and designed for comfort, not a tingle.
›How do I use it?
Apply a small amount to areas where skin meets skin—shoulders, arms, chest, or wherever comfort and closeness matter. Massage until absorbed. Suitable for solo or shared use.
›How much should I apply?
Start with a pea-sized amount, then add more if you prefer additional slip or coolness.
›Can I use it daily?
Yes—use as often as you like. Always patch test first if you have sensitive skin.
›What’s inside?
A short, gentle formula featuring menthyl lactate (cooling), niacinamide (balance), soothing botanicals, and nourishing emollients—unscented and vegan.
›Is it fragrance free?
Yes. We do not add fragrance or essential oils.
›Dermatologist safe?
Our ingredient list is dermatologist-reviewed, and the product is designed for comfort across skin types. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
›How does the refill system work?
Keep your frosted glass jar; replace the inner insert when empty. We started with a recyclable insert and are transitioning to a fully compostable pod.
We’re developing new tooling, which requires a 10,000-unit manufacturing run. Your purchase helps us reach that threshold.
›Will future compostable pods fit my current jar?
Yes—that’s the goal. The compostable pod is being designed to fit your existing jar.

›Shipping — where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship within Canada and the United States. Typical timelines: Canada 3–7 business days; U.S. 7–12 business days. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
›Returns and exchanges
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.
